The Last Greek Deli In Harlem

The photo is called the “Gang’s Home Deli” and focuses on Alexandria Supermarket & Deli. Note that this was the era when a few vestiges of Greek delis remained in NYC.

Here is the block today. The Deli is gone, but so is the graffiti, the urban decay, and look at how the trees have beautified this block.
