Julia Fox paid $2.9 million for a Harlem brownstone according to The Post. The “Uncut Gems” star apparently paid $900,000 down, and received a $2 million loan from First Republic just weeks before the bank’s collapse, the Real Deal reported.

Pegged as a “rare opportunity,” the residence is in the heart of the Mount Morris Park Historic District.
